"SIMPLICITY OF TENDERNESS"
The beauty of natural forms and soft lines. Ideal for those who appreciate minimalism and seek a way to bring a touch of harmony and tranquility to their interior.
Conceptual narrative:

"Simplicity of Tenderness" is an exquisite high-relief circular sculpture (tondo), conceived as a fluid meditation on organic softness, natural harmony, and minimalist elegance. Eschewing rigid geometric constraints, the artwork features a subtly undulating, biomorphic circular frame. The composition reveals a captivating network of continuous, hand-carved porous cells and smooth, teardrop-shaped craters that seamlessly merge into one another. It beautifully mimics the microscopic topography of cellular structures, fossilized sea corals, or thermal springs gushing from underground. Crafted in a stark monochrome palette of immaculate matte white, this exquisite work of art serves as a tranquil retreat for the eye, bringing an atmosphere of absolute architectural tranquility, wabi-sabi luxury, and soft, contemporary minimalism to upscale interiors.

Visual and Sculptural Impact:

The piece boasts an impressive 9 cm (3.5 in) thickness with multi-layered incised carvings ranging from 2 to 3 cm (0.8 to 1.2 in) in depth. Its organic, rounded silhouette softens the harsh, linear lines typical of contemporary architectural spaces. The immaculate white finish serves as a living canvas for natural light; instead of harsh reflections, smooth, fluid indentations create ultra-soft, velvety gradients of white and gray shadows that dynamically shift in depth and presence as the ambient light changes throughout the day.

Technique and Craftsmanship:

Meticulously handcrafted through an intensive, highly disciplined, multi-week sculpting process. The custom-made, round plywood base guarantees absolute structural strength under a 5 kg weight, preventing any risk of warping over time. The complex biomorphic relief is created using high-quality polymer compounds, followed by precise hand carving, sculpting, and hand finishing to form each individual seamless ridge, smooth crater cavity, and microtexture. The piece is then coated with high-strength cement and structural plaster mixtures, painted with matte white water-based acrylic pigments, and sealed with a high-quality water-based protective varnish for absolute durability and UV resistance.
