This bas-relief explores the boundaries of perception between darkness and light, embodying the concept of struggle and harmony within humanity. Through the interplay of contrasting colors and textures, the artist conveys the idea of instability and the constant search for balance. "Limits of Darkness and Light" is a monumental square sculpture in high relief, visualizing a cosmic and psychological threshold where contrasting forces collide. The composition resembles a dramatic tectonic explosion or a satellite image of frozen glacial fjords, splitting to reveal the vibrant, liquid energy beneath.
A dynamic, structured fan-shaped fold on the left presses against organic, cracked silver seams, illustrating the eternal struggle and balance between chaos and order, emptiness and light. This striking avant-garde work of art brings an atmosphere of high-contrast Brutalist luxury, intense kinetic energy, and refined drama to premium contemporary interiors.

Handcrafted through an intense, highly disciplined, multi-week sculpting process. The base is constructed on a durable 100x100 cm plywood board. The sculpture features an internal point-armored and reinforced structure, guaranteeing absolute structural strength and preventing deformation over time. The striking relief is achieved using high-quality polymer compounds, followed by precise hand carving and cutting to create linear ridges and rough, stone-like textures. The panel is then coated with high-strength cement and structural gypsum mixtures. Tissues are applied, painted with water-based acrylic paints, coated with silver foil, and selectively sealed with museum resin for an archival, UV-protected finish.
