"Vortex of Inner Silence" is a monumental, high-relief circular sculpture (tondo), conceived as a visual anchor for meditation and psychological grounding. The composition is distinguished by a masterful arrangement of undulating, flowing ridges that curl inward, creating multiple soft focal points on the canvas. It beautifully mimics ripples on dark water, the elegant growth rings of ancient wood, or the smooth, windswept desert landscapes at sunset. Using a stark, monochrome palette of deep obsidian black, the sculpture absorbs all external noise, transforming into a quiet vortex that soothes the surrounding environment. The piece is then coated with high-strength cement and structural plaster mixtures, painted with deep, matte black water-based pigments, and finished with a high-quality protective water-based acrylic varnish for absolute durability and UV resistance.
